While we have been renowned for our stylish collections that resonate with individuals supporting Mental Health, we are now taking our mission to the next level by providing companies and clubs the opportunity to order Lonely Thoughts branded workwear and merchandise. Recognising the vital importance of promoting Mental Health awareness in the workplace and beyond, each order not only reflects the specific needs and branding of the client, but also gives back to Mental Health charities and good causes - ensuring that the postive impact extends far beyond just the employees or members!
By partnering with Lonely Thoughts, companies and clubs can demonstrate their commitment to the wellbeing of their employees and members and foster a culture of openness and understanding around Mental Health.

The Lonely Thoughts ‘Hat Campaign’
Our hat campaign is very simple, for each hat you purchase we will donate a plain unbranded beanie to an organisation that will get it to someone who needs it.
The four organisations that we are supporting this year are:
Aberdeen Cyrenians, Shelter Scotland, The People’s Kitchen and Lifeshare.
It’s ok to have bad days, they remind us that we are human and life isn’t always sunshine.
Sometimes the bravest thing you can do is say that you’re struggling and need support.
Don’t ever feel guilty for not being ok.
Ok is sometimes that grey space in the middle where you can wake up each day and carry on your life and sometimes even laugh and smile.
We pretend ok is fine but it’s
OK NOT TO BE OK

MENTAL WELLBEING
Mental wellbeing can be described as a combination of how we feel (our emotions and life satisfaction) and how we function (relationships with others, personal control, purpose in life and independence). It is something that affects everyone, old and young, and anyone can experience good or poor mental wellbeing.
